Hoda Kotb reunites with Savannah Guthrie and Jenna Bush Hager after ‘Today’ exit

Hoda Kotb may have left the “Today” show, but she and her former co-anchors are still spending time together.
The former “Today” host on Wednesday shared a photo from a meetup with Savannah Guthrie and Jenna Bush Hager, less than two weeks after she departed the NBC show.
In the photo caption, Kotb joked about the reunion’s close proximity to her grand on-air farewell.
“I love Wednesdays!!” she wrote, adding, “Also remember when you had that big goodbye party and now I am like…… HIIIIIIIIIIII!”
In the picture, Kotb took a selfie with the two women at a restaurant. Guthrie shared the photo on her own Instagram page and wrote that they were “reunited – but never really apart,” while Bush Hager said on her Instagram story, “Love these babes.”

Kotb signed off “Today” on Jan. 10 with a star-studded “Hoda-bration.” She formerly hosted the main “Today” program with Guthrie, as well as the show’s fourth hour with Bush Hager.

Since her exit, Craig Melvin has been co-anchoring “Today” with Guthrie, while Bush Hager is being joined by a series of guest hosts on “Today with Jenna & Friends,” including Scarlett Johansson.
When she announced her exit from “Today” last year, Kotb said she made the decision after turning 60 and feeling that it was “time for me to turn the page” and spend more time with her children. She said she would stay a “part of the NBC family.”
We’re in the building process’:What’s next for Hoda Kotb after ‘Today’ show exit?
Kotb’s colleagues paid tribute to her in her final episode earlier this month, with Guthrie saying Kotb is “so special, it’s almost beyond description,” and Bush Hager reflecting, “Endings can be hard and they can be so beautiful because it’s the start of something new.”
In a farewell message, Kotb thanked viewers for supporting her during “the ride of a lifetime.”
During a recent appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” Kotb said her next steps include “starting a wellness app and company that will involve retreats and a podcast.”
One major perk of her new schedule? Being able to sleep in. After her final show, Kotb shared a screenshot of her phone showing that multiple alarms from 3:00 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. had been turned off. She wrote, “No alarm…whaaaaaaaattttt???”
